Seahorses and Caravels

Paul Chalfin (refer to an earlier blog) was involved in the design of these doors. Notice the seahorse and the caravel, the icons of the house. James Deering, the owner, wanted caravels and Paul Chalfin wanted seahorses so we get both! After so many years I still discover icons I hadn't seen before, always a kid always a treasure hunt.
